Domiciliary Carer (Complex Care)
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced carer to provide person-centred support to clients with complex care needs in their own homes. This role involves delivering tailored care for individuals with conditions such as spinal injuries, neurological disorders, PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, or other high-dependency needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality personal, emotional, and clinical care in line with individual care plans
- Support with mobility, medication administration, continence care, and nutritional needs
- Use specialist equipment and techniques safely (e.g. hoists, suction machines)
- Work alongside nurses, therapists, and family members to ensure holistic support
- Monitor and report changes in health and wellbeing to the clinical team
- Prior experience in complex care or healthcare support
- Relevant care certifications (e.g. Care Certificate, Moving & Handling, Medication, Basic Life Support)
- Enhanced DBS check and right to work in the UK
- Compassionate, reliable, and adaptable approach to care
- Tracheostomy or PEG care training
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care

Deliver high-quality nursing care to clients, including medication administration, health assessments, and developing care plans. Suitable for nurses with a current NMC registration who are passionate about providing holistic, person-centred care.
